Daphne Skogen – Secretary

Daphne is a Deputy City Attorney at Office of the San Diego City Attorney. With her roots in dancing, she rediscovered her love of performing in 2021 when her daughter was cast in a local production of Seussical, and joined the Point Loma Playhouse board in 2024.
